MIND

And be not conformed to this world: but be

ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,

that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable,

and perfect, will of God.

Romans 12:2

Meditation:

In what areas do I need to change my mind? What will I do today towards the

renewal of my mind?

Affirmation:

I seek God and the transformation of my mind.

Prayer:

God, I confess the worldliness of my mind which seeks to create its own

good, instead of your perfect will. I pray for the healing of my mind so that it

might be in alignment with your purposes.

HEART

And hope maketh not ashamed, because

the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts

by the Holy Ghost which is given to us.

Romans 5:5

Meditation:

Am I sharing my own love, or the love of God as given to me by the Holy Spirit?

Affirmation:

My hope is in the love of God.

Prayer:

I pray for the power of the Holy Spirit in my loving, in Jesus' Name.

HEART

Then Paul answered, what mean ye to weep

and to break mine heart? for I am ready

not to be bound only, but also to die

at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.

Acts 21:13

Meditation:

Is anyone causing me to fear the call that God has given me?

Affirmation:

Saint Paul shows me the way to be bold for the Lord Jesus.

Prayer:

Lord, in following your call today, I confess whatever fears that I may have

of the consequences.

HEART

Nevertheless he (God) left not himself without

witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain

from heaven, and fruitful seasons filling our

hearts with food and gladness.

Acts 14:17

Meditation:

Do I witness for the Good?

Affirmation:

Today I am God's witness.

Prayer:

Thank you, Father, that you let me see you in the rain, and in the seasons,

in food, and in gladness.

HEART

Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears,

ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did,

so do ye.

Acts 7:51

Meditation:

What action will I take today in order to hear and cooperate with the Holy Spirit?

Affirmation:

I am preparing to listen and respond to the Holy Spirit.

Prayer:

Lord, make me willing to have all resistance removed so that your Spirit will

have its way with me.

HEART

Then Peter and the other apostles answered and

said, we ought to obey God rather then men. The God of our

fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree...

when they heart that, they were cut to the heart and took

counsel to slay them.

Acts 5:29,30,33

Meditation:

Am I willing to tell the truth as I understand it, and take the consequences?

Affirmation:

I have courage enough to speak the Good News.

Prayer:

May I be forgiven, Lord, for the fear which sometimes prevents me from

sharing you from my heart.

HEART

And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill

of divorcement, to put her away. And Jesus

answered and said unto them, For the hardness

of your heart he wrote you this precept.

Mark 10:4,5

Meditation:

Am I feeling hardhearted towards my partner today?

Affirmation:

God is with me in my heart.

Prayer:

God, for your glory's sake, may my heart remain soft and accessible to my loved ones.
