SOUL

And the Lord shall guide thee continually,

and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat

thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered

garden, and like a spring of water, whose

waters fail not.

Isaiah 58:11

Meditation:

What are the circumstances of my life that feel dry and unfulfilling?

Affirmation:

The Lord God is the ONE who ends the drought.

Prayer:

I surrender every detail of my life to the reign of your Merciful Love, Oh God.

SOUL

And Hamor communed with them, saying,

The soul of my son Shechem longeth for

your daughter: I pray you give her to wife.

Genesis 34:8

Meditation:

What or whom is my soul longing for today? Have I surrendered this

longing to God?

Affirmation:

I surrender all my desires to God.

Prayer:

Merciful Lord, please inspire me with a longing only for your will.

HEART

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be

ready always to give an answer to every man that

asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with

meekness and fear.

1 Peter 3:15

Meditation:

Do I set an example of hope?

Affirmation:

My heart is a sanctuary for God, and I am ready to speak of Him.

Prayer:

I confess, Lord God, that I have at times been insensitive to another's need for

my testimony and too timid to speak for you when I know that I should.

HEART

Every man according as he purposeth in

his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly,

or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

II Corinthians 9:7

Meditation:

Where do delight and giving meet up in my life?

Affirmation:

I give from my joyful gratitude.

Prayer:

God, for your purposes, I pray that you would heal that part of me which

gives from a grudging sense of duty.

HEART

But if all prophesy, and there come in one that

believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced

of all, he is judged of all: and thus are the secrets of

his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his

face he will worship God, and report that God is in

you in truth.

1 Corinthians 14:24,25

Meditation:

Have I found that the secrets of my heart are discovered in church?

Affirmation:

I am willing to speak for God today.

Prayer:

Thank you Father God, for all who answer to your call to prophesy.

MIND

And be not conformed to this world: but be

ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,

that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable,

and perfect, will of God.

Romans 12:2

Meditation:

In what areas do I need to change my mind? What will I do today towards the

renewal of my mind?

Affirmation:

I seek God and the transformation of my mind.

Prayer:

God, I confess the worldliness of my mind which seeks to create its own

good, instead of your perfect will. I pray for the healing of my mind so that it

might be in alignment with your purposes.

HEART

And hope maketh not ashamed, because

the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts

by the Holy Ghost which is given to us.

Romans 5:5

Meditation:

Am I sharing my own love, or the love of God as given to me by the Holy Spirit?

Affirmation:

My hope is in the love of God.

Prayer:

I pray for the power of the Holy Spirit in my loving, in Jesus' Name.
